Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Refund Policy

Payments made for services are non-refundable once the service is activated. Refunds will be considered only if:

• Payment is deducted but service is not activated
• There is a technical error from our side

Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• No partial or unused-period refunds will be provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
